Natale: Plant using either wind or water for seed dispersal

This is a picture of Calamagrostis acutiflora 'Karl Foerster'.  It was found at 42°13'51.91" -71°37'31.98".  It has seeds at the tips of some of the shoots so that when the wind blows the seeds are blown off the shoot and dispersed around the area depending on where the wind takes them.
