Heliotropism
Heliotropism is a type of tropism in which the tomato’s
(Solanum lycopersicum) growth and development is completed in
response to sunlight shinning on it. Since the tomato has been taken off its vine,
the sunlight is the only factor responsible for the tomato’s growth development.
