This is an example of the energy transfer of potential energy to kinetic energy. The ball contains potential energy at first however, as the ball falls to the floor the potential energy is being transferred into kinetic energy.
The batteries in the back of a remote contain chemical energy. When the remote is being used the chemical energy in the batteries, is being transferred into electrical energy
