Connors: Different Types of Carbohydrates

Milk contains lactose, a disaccharide that is made up of glucose and galactose.
Honey contains fructose, a monosaccharide.
Infant formula contains oligosaccharides which are also found in breast milk.
Potatoes or Solanum Tuberosumcontain starch, a polysaccharide.
 Fish like this Scup Fish or Stenoromus Chrysops contain nucleotides.
