Merritt: Animal adaptation for a specific environment

The River Otter (Lontra canadensis) has several adaptations to adapt to its environment near and in the water, including a wide tail, webbed toes, and long whiskers to detect underwater movement.

The Ankole Cattle (Bos taurus) is adapted to its dry environment in Africa by having the ability to survive on limited amounts of water
