Bernieri: Plant Adaptation

Prickly Pear, opuntia humifusa. Found at 42.359173, -71.727748.  Prickly pears store water in their pads for when there's a drought.

Aloe, aloe harfanili.  Found at 42.359173, -71.727748. Aloe adapts to habitats with low water availability by using their tissue to store large volumes of water.
