Hingorany: Tropism

This is the sunflower, Helianthus annuus, located at 42.311847, -71.669312. This organism exhibits heliotropism during its growth and developmental stages, meaning that the flower turns its top to face the sun as the day progresses. The sunflower ceases to be heliotropic, however, when it reaches full maturity.
