Zhang: Animal adaptations for a specific environment

Leafy Sea Dragon

The leafy sea dragon (a slow swimmer) has adapted to
its environment filled with predators by using a camouflage
technique of having appendages that appear leaf-like to
thwart predators and hide from them in kelp beds or seaweed.

Green Sea Turtle
Chelonia mydas
The Green Sea Turtle has adapted to its environment
 (a necessity for rapid swimming because of predators)
by having modified forelimbs that are shaped like paddles
 in order to use the flippers to swim faster.
